More cracks appeared in other places that I just weld repaired

Note that the clamping plate was 6mm thick, which is too thin. I make my side rail to downtube clamping plates 8 mm thick now.
Had I not scrapped these rails, then I would have been into another failure as a new crack was well on its way to causing a new failure
