24 At the same time I sheeted the top section out, making the lower buggy weather protected
26 With the buggy no weather protected, I can strap the kites and accessory bag to the buggy, now all I have to to is undo one strap at the buggy site, slide the buggy off the back, and I’m ready to go…..perfect
