Welding in a Cold Garage
Not a good feeling waking up to see the ground coverd in snow and its below freezing in the garage with no heating in there, idealy wait until the weather improves, but when you just have to get a job done to a deadline. Wrap up well, good warm boots, and make sure your neck and head are well covered too. If you are cold and uncomfortable your welds will suffer and so will you.
