INVITATION WEEKEND – Buggy Racing 15/16 September 2012
SWATK would like to invite competent kite buggiers, who do not have a pilot’s license, to an introductory, amateur racing weekend on 15/16 September. We want to encourage buggiers into the racing scene and thought it would be good to have a virtually FREE weekend for anyone who fancies it
This event will be held at Uphill WINDZONE at Weston Super Mare – which is a restricted area for club use only. Numbers will have to capped to 24 only so first come first served. An entry fee of £5 will be charged for SWATK weekend membership, covering insurance and access to the SWATK club house on Saturday evening(with ultra cheap drinks)
Saturday will commence with introductions to the SWATK racing rules and practice sessions. Sunday will consist of several 15 minute races. A full SWATK membership for 2013 will be given, as a prize, for the 1st and 2nd overall non SWATK winners.
Camping, – we have a great little campsite right next to the beach and can be booked at UPHILL BOATYARD. Also nice Cafe for breakfast on site
